360 Three Sixty Restobar in A-Venue Mall

Food

Eat. Drink. Lounge. Party.

A couple of nights ago, together with some of my blogger friends, we were invited for dinner at the The Three Sixty (360) Resto-Bar in A-Venue Mall, Makati Avenue. The Three Sixty Restobar may not new to this area but you can be assured that a new kind of dish is served. According to Three Sixty’s chef and owner, the restaurant’s menu is a product of his trips to the different parts of the world. By adopting the Filipino taste into the recipes he learned abroad, he created a fusion unique in the dishes served at Three Sixty.

Korean Beef Stew

One of the best dishes that were served that night was Chef Bong’s version of Korean Beef Stew. The beef’s tenderness is perfect that it melts in your mouth.

Lapu-lapu Fillet Provençal

Roast Beef Tapa

The Roast Beef Tapa is Chef Bong’s original recipe. The beef was roasted before it was processed to become Tapa.

Kajun Shrimps

The Kajun Shrimps would have been made better except that the recipe was made too sweet that it negates the spice of the peppers and the tangy flavor of lemon. Add the corn’s distinct flavor which overpowers the entire recipe.

Lotus Fried Rice

Lotus Fried Rice

Lotus Fried Rice is fried rice served in lotus leaves. The dish is recommended but it if you wish to savor the taste of your main course, better stick to plain rice.

My favorites in Three Sixty are the desserts.

Banana-Peanut Butter Crepe

The Banana-Peanut Butter Crepe is my favorite. It’s banana rolled in a peanut butter filled crepe. The dessert is topped with Vanilla ice cream and garnished with shreds of dark and white chocolates.

Butchi Ferrero Rocher

These are not your ordinary Buchi, these Chinese rice balls are filled with sweet Ferrero Rocher.

The Three Sixty (360) is just one of  the few restaurants in A-Venue Mall who were designed to cater the modern life-style of Filipinos. By integrating a bar into its restaurant, the restaurateurs were successful in creating a market for food and beverages amidst the active district of night clubs and bars within the area.

The Three Sixty (360) is located at the second floor of A. Venue Mall, Makati Avenue. You may reach them through 994-9674 and 514-1297. Thanks to Chef Bong Velasco for inviting and accommodating us.
