Eriko’s House: Cheap Hotel in Boracay

Eriko's House in Station 2, Boracay

After we arranged our trip schedule and flight arrangements to Boracay with SEAIR, the next thing we did is to find accommodations in Boracay. We first thought that this part is going to be easy since it’s the off peak season of the year. We received recommendations from our frequent Boracay goer friends to check out Taj Guesthouse in Station 2. Apparently, the place is already full so we decided to check out Tans Guesthouse, which is within the same compound where Taj’s is. Unluckily, they are also booked for the weekend. They recommended to check out Eriko’s House though, another guest house within their compound.

We booked two rooms in Eriko’s for our stay that weekend: one Single and one Twin De Luxe room since there are three of us.  Mica took the single room which costs Php 1,200 a night (Php1000 on weekdays) while Xef and I paid Php 1,500 (a night) for the Twin De Luxe.

The single room (in above photo), which was occupied by Mica, can actually accommodate two persons while the Double De Luxe (photo below) can accommodate up to four persons. The beds they provide are queen-size beds.

If you’re looking for value hotels in Boracay, the line of hotels in Eriko’s House’s compound might be what you are looking for. The rates are cheaper during weekdays and off-peak seasons. For bookings, you may want to reach them through these:

I’m surely coming back to Eriko’s (or any of the hotels within their compound) on my next Boracay Trip. We found out after we left that the owners of the hotels in that compound are relatives.
