For those of you who haven’t heard yet, a new mall in Taguig has opened last month. Venice Piazza Mall, owned by the management of Eastwood Malls, has opened in McKinley Hills, Taguig City last November. A few restaurants and shops have opened since November and Pinoy Lakwatsero was invited to try Little Asia’s symphony of flavors.
Upon entering the restaurant, the tiny little lamp umbrellas caught my attention. The place is not big but the owners didn’t hold back in spending for the decoration and ornaments. The place is elegant but don’t be fooled with the looks once you see their menu.
Pineapple Fried Rice, P225
Instead of serving plain rice, the owners offered us with Pineapple Fried Rice ?. It’s like Yang Chow with a twist. I think I’ve tried a similar rice dish from Polu Kai Grill in Serendra.
Boneless Tilapia with Honey Mayo Sauce, P215
The Boneless Tilapia with Honey Mayo Sauce didn’t sell out much among us. There was nothing extraordinary about the dish except for its sauce. IMO, 215 is too much for one filleted tilapia.
Little Asia's Crispy Chicken, P245
Vietnamese Crispy Squid with Garlic, P235
We also had their signature dish, the Little Asia’s Crispy Chicken?, and the Vietnamese Crispy Squid with Garlic.
The winner for me that night in our Little Asia experience are the Beef Tenderloin Rolls with Cheese in Teriyaki Sauce??? and the Thai Eggplant with Minced Pork and Shrimps??.
Thai Eggplant with Minced Pork and Shrimps, P195
Since I love eggplants, the Thai Eggplant with Minced Pork and Shrimps was a hit for me. I’ve tried baked eggplants with mozarella cheese and other variations of cooking eggplants before but Little Asia’s Thai Eggplant with Minced Pork and Shrimps was a new experience for me and I loved it.
Beef Tenderloin Rolls with Cheese in Teriyaki Sauce, P315
The Beef Tenderloin Rolls with Cheese in Teriyaki Sauce was the best among the dishes served that night. The sweet melted cheese mixed perfectly well with the salty-sweet teriyaki sauce. I would have preferred if the beef tenderloin used was thicker. Nonetheless, it was still the best dish.
Little Asia also have branches in Tomas Morato cor Scount Fuentabella Streets, Quezon CIty and another one at the 2nd level of the Promenade Mall in Greenhills, San Juan City.

My sisters were contemplating to have a reunion this January 2 and thought of this mall. Hope matuloy kami and try out Little Asia.
Happy New Year Winston!
Great selection of dishes. I have had Thai eggplant with minced pork a few times and love the combination of tastes and flavours.
I think the prices are expensive.
Yeah I think so too but it’s for those who can afford.
thats so expensive i guess.. only for those who have extra money.
WOW! Look at that Ceiling pic. great shot!
the beef tenderloin dish sounds very similar to a dish i had when i was flying through malaysia. Asian food is delicious
Vietnamese crispy squid is amazing. I have tried this dish before and found it to be a the perfect complement to any meal.
when i saw it in TV i was amaze….hope to visit the place this coming december 15th during our 3rd year anniversary
